Does anyone else think some maybe a lot of Insurance companies may have to go out of business?

If they have to provide coverage for everything and charge an unreasonably low premium? I mean they are in BUSINESS and if they can not make money they WILL go out of business. Then Gov-co becomes the ONLY option. Is that what you want?
Yes, that’s what the democrats were striving for. They want you to be completely dependent on the government….And guess what???? The IRS will be in charge of forcing you to buy insurance…Isn’t that just nifty….It’s in the bill

They won’t for awhile since Washington will now force millions of Americans to buy policies from them even if they don’t want them. Once that’s been accomplished, the insurance industry will see the federal government cutting into their business with artificially low rates on policies. That’s when they will collapse.

no they won’t all go out of business…..what will happen is the government will do a shitty job and a couple of big companies will remain…..just like with US Postal, UPS, and FedEx. it will be gov vs BIG Private. However, over time, doctors are going to get shittier because they are going to have no incentive to be great (money is the incentive, and if they can’t make a lot of it, they won’t want to do as good of a job as before)
If you are rich you will buy the private insurance because it will cost a lot of money and that is where all the good doctors will be. That’s my last revenge, the poor people who don’t want to work for shit will be stuck with shitty doctors and I will get the good ones; the gov can’t take that away from me……YET.

It is either close up shop or have government take over their business, but only the Health Portion of the Insurance Industry at this point in time…I would in a heartbeat…Insurance companies have been around a lot longer then those who sit as Demigods at the feet of Obama…Some date back to 1492 and the sailing of the Nina, Pinta and The Sainte Maria….
This is not their first rodeo…they do have a back up plan…they have fought tougher enemies then the Democraticc/Progressive/Socialist/Liberal Congress in the past 600 Hundred years plus or minus…

You have it all wrong…it will be ones who charge too much that will go out of business or stop paying the half a million dollar salary to the son of the boss, who never shows up at the office. You really need to get someone honest to tell you about his cause you are brainwashed by the people like the son of the boss who sends a check in to the right wing media to keep you confused…..now that people can buy ins. they won’t need to pay the overpriced agents for it but can instead of buying from the place that pays the million dollar salary to one man they will go to the place that pays one man in that same position a hundred thousand a year & he will stilll have a great job…plesase think of what I am telling you here cause I know this first hand.

It would be wonderful if the insurance companies went out of business. We pay them billions of dollars every year and we aren’t healthier for it. You don’t visit your insurance person when you get sick, you go to the doctor.
