Is there anything I can do to make the other party’s car insurance company move faster?

I was in a car accident one month ago and have been passed on to a third claims adjuster. I started the claim three weeks ago and sent police report, photos of my rear-ended car, medical bills, collision estimates and still haven’t heard anything.
I don’t have collision coverage so my insurance company won’t do anything.
Assurance America suxs!
I’ve left messages for the three adjusters and their managers. I still have not talked to a single live person!

It is possible to file a claim under your insurance and then they will subrogate or go after the vehicle at faults Insurance company for the monies paid out.

Call your insurance company, although you don’t have coverage that is OK. I just got through dealing with the same jerkoffs, My agent had his assistant call them hourly. that really fills up the voicemail fast. DO IT! you need to make them realize they are screwing with the wrong Guy. Call the number and if at a big company hit 0 multiple times instead of an extension then rip the poor operator a new one and tell her you want to talk to their legal counsel.
Ask your agent to assist you in contacting them he if he says Uh No then go to Allstate I can say nothing bad about them, I do agree that you are in good hands.. Good Luck, I know you need it.

You are not the insured party, so they will likely not work with you or respond to you, at least not very well. The best method is to go after the insured party, the person you had this unfortunate encounter with. You need to demand full restitution from them, and they in turn will file the claim and get what they can back from their insurance. After all, that is why they pay for it.
Send them written notice of all that is due, and ask for full settlement. If they balk, the little lawyers letter trick will usually get the ball rolling.
Also, don’t set your expectations too high. This process will typically take 6-9 months to resolve without lawyers, over a year with lawyers. I have been on both ends of this unpleasant situation. This is one of the reason’s you want collision coverage. your own insurance company would pay you out pretty quickly, still 4-6 weeks is normal, and then it turn go after the other party for restitution if they were at fault.
