from the evil insurance companies?

We wanted a public option so that insurance companies wouldn’t profit any more than they already do.

Do you think all insurance companies and states should provide medical care for infertily testing/treatments?

July 17, 2010 - 4:32 pm 7 Comments

In Kansas there is nothing saying that Kansas is obligated to pay for infertility testing and treatments.

well infertility treatment is somehow expensive. coz infertility is not being diagnosed at once so insurance should cover it. but you know it’s a vast problem nowadays so if they will cover it, they will be bankrupt coz infertility both (man and woman) should undergo therapies. and yes it’s really very expensive to have a baby in "not so natural way"

How does the government’s proposed new health care bill impact all health insurance companies?

I dont understand this question for my business class! im supposed to answer it in a business point of view. help anyone?

Any kind of reform ultimately is corporate welfare because it will force everyone to buy insurance even if they can’t afford it, so the solution is give tax credit to them with money so the distribution of wealth goes from taxpayer to government to individual to corporate America. Basically, we are again subsidizing corporate America with government giveaways.

The public option is proposed to allow competition in order to reduce costs across the boards. However, there is some concern that it will drastically damage private insurance. People who don’t like their private plan should have the option to buy or shop for insurance instead of tied to their employer.

Single payer system would destroy private insurance, but it seems to be working fine in Canada, France and UK.

no.
not all companies, but certain ones will automatically give you experience since 16 years of age. The experience DOES make a huge difference in price, so to answer the previous person… 1 year DOES make a difference.

Were insurance companies all celebrating last night?

Knowing that Obama, Pelosi, and the Dems just passed off "mandating everyone purchases insurance" as "Health Care Reform?"

I thought Dems hated corporate interests? Why are so many for this?

You bet they were! So were the drug companies!!!

And pharmaceutical companies charged a fair price for meds?

I guess we’d all be left to chance. Kind of like now, but without HMO’s making huge profits. Those of us who work, save and didn’t get a devastating illness would probably be ok. Those of us who work, save but get a terrible illness would likely be bankrupted, much like they are now.

Will Obama now have to bail all the health Insurance companies out because of the passage of health reform?

These companies will have huge losses is this the second wave of our economic collapse.

No he and the other socialists want the insurance industry to collapse. More people will be dependent on the Government program. as more people are forced onto the government dole costs will spiral because there is virtually no effective cost controlling measures in the bill. Nothing to control the cost of defensive medicine and a severe lack of service providers to cover all of the new patients. Prepare for much higher job losses as small businesses halt hiring and lay off more workers whom the taxpayers who are lucky enough to still be employed will have to pony up more. There’s no such thing as a free lunch, look at all the new soul crushing taxes that are on the agenda to pay for this abortion.

Do all insurance companies allow monthly payments on insurance or do some require three month or 6 month’s

July 17, 2010 - 4:27 pm 2 Comments

payments? Say for example, if your insurance is 1200$ per year, do all insurance companies allow 100$ per month, or do some insurance companys require 300$ every three months , 600$ every six months???

I’m sure it depends on the company.
Mine will charge a small fee if I pay with 2 payments per year.
If companies charge monthly, I’m sure the are making more money off you than if you paid once or twice yearly.
This is for my Auto Insurance.

Do all of you love greedy health insurance companies?

Why not have single payer health insurance and cut out the middle man the greedy health insurance companies?

Screw that. People that want universal health insurance just want somebody else to pay their bills. I for one dont want to pay for some crack-addict sex pervert who needs detox & aids treatment.
