Are you asking for your private vehicle or a company vehicle ?? For your own vehicle, your insurance may ( ?? ) actually be less due to the qualifications needed to maintain a CDL…………….ask your ins agent

Apples and Oranges. Unless you’re an owner operator of the commercial vehicle the company you drive for insures it. It has no bearing on the premiums you will pay on your private vehicle.
However, please note that some insurance companies will consider tickets you get in the commercial vehicle, and some won’t. Ask your agent their company’s policy on that.

Commercial drivers, drive vehicles that are insured on commercial auto policies.
Commercial auto policies don’t get surcharged, or rated based on the driver – they are "experience rated". So it doesn’t matter at all.
