Your interest rate (if you’re a single mom or disadvantaged minority) could be 2%. Late fees could be $0.44, which is the cost of a stamp to remind you that you’re late.

Shouldn’t you get a public option from the Dems for you credit card?

You must have missed the fact that legislation already has been passed that restricts credit card companies from charging certain fees and that charges excessive interests rates.
No need to take them over.
And Obama has no intention of taking over insurance companies. That’s your lie.

Congress has passed new regulations concerning Credit Cards. It’s too feeble since the Credit Card companies have Congress on the payroll.

If you think that the govt doesn’t already have a firm grip on usury laws in this country, you are mistaken. Check out the Consumer Credit Protection Act along with its regulations.

Hey, don’t give him ideas. You will note however that when he made the new credit card laws that he brags about, he managed to give the companies ample time to change their interest rates on all their card holders so they would make tons of money beforehand didn’t you? Don’t let him kid you. The big companies and all their money is just as important to obama as it is to the republicans. Bush was no different.

Because people choose to have credit, they don’t choose to get sick. Good try though
To some people its all about the money and how this all affects them. Some of us care about fellow citizens and their health, as well as affording less privileged people with a few things that everyone should have: food, shelter, medicine, schooling etc.
