How come there is no issue about insurance companies in the show "House M.D."?

Becuase that would make it too real.
People dont watch tv to watch "reality", they watch to escape reality.
So by removing anything bad, people relax and forget their worries.

    If they started dealing with insurance issues it would take up the whole hour and nothing else would happen.
