water flood in house, which company should I look for? and does insurance company will cover?

our basement is about 1000sq/f and there are water all over the places.
I am using water vaccume to soak the water, but still would not help any. Please recommend any water flood company and does this claim to insurance company will cover?
unless you have flood insurance you can forget your insurance co paying anything but ask them any way .serv pro does water damage clean up etc
