Car accident took place one year back, if I go to collision center and ask them to evaluate, will they know that damage is old and will insurance company claim it as a crime? Whats best option?
Yes they will know. If you damaged the car and afterward bought insurance and filed a claim, it is called insurance fraud and could mean jail time

you can get in a lot of trouble if you lie about an insurance claim and they catch you. if you’re going to go through with this make sure you’re okay with doing some time or paying a huge fine.
as to whether the collision company will know when it happened, it sounds unlikely they will.
you have a limited time to report an accident, and 1 year is way over the limit.

This is insurance fraud and you can spend time in jail plus fines if you try to do this.

If file a claim and report the damage as occurring a year ago, then no it is not a crime. The claim will, in all likelihood, not be covered however this is not a crime.
If file a claim and report the damage as occurring now when it actually occurred a year ago, then it is a crime (fraud). You will face a fine, possible jail time, your insurance will be canceled and you will be paying extremely high rates for the next several years.
