Volusia County, FL is the American Bulldog on the bad dog list for home owners insurance company’s .
You need to call some insurance companies and ask them.
Some will, some won’t. Almost all insurers won’t insure with any Bully breed in the home. You also need to check the ordinances in the area you are moving to, most of florida bans bully breeds.
In the State of Florida will home owners insurance cover you if you have an American Bulldog as a pet?
What are the top Auto Insurance Companies in Texas?
Fred Loya offers really good prices
What are the best health care companies?
I’m in my early 20’s, have no real health issues, and take no meds. I can not get affordable insurance through my job, and i just can’t go without it anymore. I’m trying to find not just the most affordable plan, but the best company who wont try to screw me over at every turn (which i know is hard to find). I did some searching on my own, but the only list i could find of top rated companies were all state specific.
I have experience with affordable Health Care. Please e-mail me at CWhiteJr1966@yahoo.com. Cottrell B. White, Jr.
Does anyone have Avesis for a vision plan insurance?
Okay so my employer changed vision insurance companies from VSP to Avesis are they a good company? Well just with my luck my eye doctor does not take them so I have to find a new doctor. Is Avesis a good insurance? I looked up doctor and they are taken by most of the walmarts. I did not want to go to walmart. Is Avesis like a cheep insurance? All the doctor in the directory I guess are with companies I did not want to go to. Well if you have them let me know if they are good or bad.
Sorry if my question does not go in this section but I figured this is the section where most of yo wear glasses and contacts and wanted your advise
I can tell you from the doctor’s perspective that Avesis SUCKS. That’s why you can’t find anyone who takes it but Walmart. I would suggest you talk to your regular eye doctor. Sometimes they’ll offer a discount to you if they don’t take your insurance, and it might make it worth it for you to stay there.
can insurance companies find out about preexisting conditions diagnosed when you were uninsured?
Yes. They can review your medical history. I saw that people here mentioned the Medical Information Bureau (MIB, but not the movie). This is a non-profit organization that acts as an intermediary between insurers and the insured. They do NOT get medical records from your doctor or hospital, and most people don’t actually have a MIB file. The answerers here are right that you shouldn’t lie because that is a form of fraud. A group health plan, such as one you can enroll in through work, cannot deny you coverage based on a pre-existing condition, but they can force you to wait during an exclusionary period before covering your condition. If you can’t get on with a group health plan, check out MostChoice.com. You can research and compare local health insurance plans and speak to multiple local insurance agents. Tell them about your condition and wait until one of the agents returns with the plan that’s perfect for you.

if I buy a house in hurricane country, how many paydays can I get from insurance companies?
over the say next ten years, I plan to put some cheap furniture in it and visit about 1 time a year before hurricane season.
Dream on, one of the reasons it looks as bad as it does down there is that the insurance companies still haven’t paid out.
They claim that the damage was caused by something they don’t cover, flooding, even when its clear it was caused by wind driven rain, which they do.
I guess you also don’t know that they inspect the house before they insure it. So if you want to run a con, you are going to have to try harder.
I had a house fire a number of years ago, they put you through hell before they lay out a dime. It was so bad I miscarried.
Find another way to commit fraud.
Does the NJ Statute of Limitations in 39-6A-13.1 only apply to insurance company for a NJ-PIP claim?
If the insurance company denies a NJ PIP claim for service made more that two years ago, must I pay the claim? Or does the statue of limitations also cover me as well.
The statute only specifically mentions insurance companies and lawsuits for injuries generally have a 6 year limitation. It is unclear from the statutes if it s possible to sue someone whose insurance did not cover an accident, especially if the person did not properly request payment from the insurer. I would speak to a lawyer about it.
Do you know any Product Manager or Marketing Manager in US, UK insurance company?
I am looking for a person from an insurance company in USA or UK, who is responsible for the way how are their products sold.
Eventually another person on higher position (manager) and eventually in another country.
I have tried to contact all the insurance companies in USA, but they have very strong bureaucratic processes and heavy-weight organizational structure. Therefore it wasn’t possible for me to reach any from the mentioned.
Thank you very much for cooperation.
For any further information, my contact e-mail is: rick172@atlas.sk.
Thank you very much for cooperation.
Still looking…
Well, good luck on that. Marketing departments are structured like that for a reason. The strong bureaucratic processes are usually a result of STATE LAWS.
The insurance industry is heavily regulated. That’s just the way it is.
Can an insurance company increase your home owners insurance by more then 50% without any changes.?
A claim has never been filed. Limits of liability are the same. No hazzardous conditions have entered into the picture.. Paid $956.00 in 2009 and they want $1500.00 for 2010.
The insurance company must charge the premium according to the manual insurance rate approved by your state’s insurance department. Your own loss experience is totally irrelevant to the premium.
